Terms & Conditions — Payments & Booking Policy

1. A 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the booking.

2. Kindly share the payment confirmation screenshot once the transaction is completed.

3. The balance amount must be settled at least eight days prior to the departure date. Failing to do so may result in automatic release or cancellation of the booking.

4. A dedicated WhatsApp group will be created seven days before departure to share all the necessary travel documents, including flight tickets and boarding passes.

5. A pre-departure briefing call will be scheduled one day before travel to ensure smooth co-ordination and a seamless travel experience.
